Instructions for Removable Plates

Wear Schedule

• Wear your plate as instructed (usually 24/7 except eating and brushing).

• Place and remove the plate with your fingers, not by biting.

• Do not wrap them in paper towels/napkins.

• Do not put them in your pocket/backpack without the case.

• Keep them in your case when not in use.

• You may have a slight lisp initially—it will resolve quickly.

Cleaning

• Rinse with cold water and brush gently with a separate toothbrush and dishwashing liquid (no toothpaste).

• Soak once a week in denture cleaning tablets.

Emergencies

• If your plate cracks or stops fitting, call us immediately.

• Keep away from pets (they love to chew them!)
